it's been awhile

I haven't disappeared. Just disconnected from the Net for awhile. As you know, comp is still dead and looking for an affordable notebook now. Hmm, anybody knows any lobang? A-L-O-T has happen since my last post... well, not the one below but the one titled, "comp died". Well, Clay Aiken didn't win American Idol (What's freaking wrong with Americans? Btw, it's a conspiracy. The producers already wanted Ruben in the first place and probably they are the ones making the extra 1 million phone call votes... Bleh. Shame on you, Fuller! We all know Clay is the obvious American Idol - hello? He already has girls swooning at his feet and that includes me, one of the faithful 'claymate'. Heh.) but Ruben did. Simon and Garfunkel's 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' has never sound so good. That was simply amazing. Clay is gonna beat Ruben in the Billboard charts - now eat that, Roo-ben!

Enough ranting. My ITP has been getting better day by day. I guess I've been wrong to think that I've been posted to some *toot* hole in the beginning. Hehe. My boss, Mr Goh is probably one of the better bosses around. Treating us to Sakae sushi, taking us on taxi rides, buying us snacks, making us laugh... hmm, could I ask for more? And even got me and Fairuz a freelance designing job - which means MORE cash flow. Haha, that's good. We are gonna design some paint logo (this company is trying to repackage themselves - top secret so I'm not giving out any info here!) and we are getting paid good money. WHEE!

Finally we have layout the entire book! Gosh. It was tedious. I think we have done quit alot in this past two weeks. It's pretty exciting to see our work in print later. The brochure is finally done. The website for 'Cookie Loves SGH' is done. Layout is yet to be finalised. Book cover is to be designed next week. WOW. It's been a wild trip and many Pagemaker, and Photoshop bashing hours. Haha. One thing, we have been pretty productive yah? I wonder how are the rest doing in their ITP. Haven't heard from Dan, Pers, Ben and all. Hmm. Maybe cuz I can only check my email once a week. Sad, huh?

Well, I'm gonna slack awhile then go scout for more affordable notebooks. Ciao.

Cookie Loves SGH charity project

Hey all! During my ITP, Fairuz and I built the website for a charity project called, "Cookie Loves SGH"

so do check out the website lerr... and donate cookies! My blog has been... eerrrr DEAD for now. Comp is still dead. Too bad. Haha.
