dum dee dum dee dum
Hmm. Feel so slack. Although I know I have loads to do. Been watching VCDs and bumming around. Playing with the bunny. Gosh. Must get my ass to start doing work and contact people. Unfortunately, nobody contacted me. It seems like people are waiting for people to contact them so all of us just bum around and wait for each other. Cool. So here I am. Waiting around.

*sniff* The man who isn't afraid of being himself has finally jumped to his death. The man who act, sing and cross-dress. Haiz. The guy who lip-locked with Tony Leung. Oh well. My fave HK actor will only lived in his movies and albums.
original prankster
Stay away from ME! Not cuz of SARS – but the original prankster. Haha, we (Van, Kee and I) were pretty evil today to play this sick prank on people. Well, that’s the kind of “freedom” you get once a year on April fool’s day. It’s really funny cuz we stuffed mini Oreos with Colgate and our first “volunteered” victim, Zaki took one happily and pop it into his mouth. You should see the sudden change of expression and Zaki went, “Why the taste so funny wan?” before all of us burst out laughing like evil hyenas. Then, our next victim – Richmond who didn’t wanna take one till I said, “Be polite” so he “kuai-kuai” took one and puke it out. OUCH.
Farand didn’t fall for our prank – although he took one and plastered this stupid grin on his face and said, “I love Year 2s” and threw the mini Oreo away. Dang. Then Mr. Kwek – hmm… this is a toughie. He was the only one who actually ATE and SWALLOWED the entire toothpaste-filled Oreo. The funny thing was everyone was telling him that it was a prank and I put on my innocent “trustworthy” face and said, “Eat it” and he said, “I trust you” and pop one into his mouth. Then he used reverse psychology on me and said, “but you know I TRUSTED you…” DANG. I felt so guilty after that. Never play pranks on lecturers… they will end up making you feel shit.
However, we gave him a “prize” (a large tube of Colgate) for his participation and also as our true Fear Factor champion for eating the disgusting Oreo without spitting it out. Haha. Then, we went to King Albert’s Park for lunch and we got an even GREATER idea for a BIGGER prank. Add WASABI into our Oreos! We bought the normal sized Oreo and some wasabi. I tell you – we are masters of disguising Oreos by carefully lifting up the cream and spread a layer of wasabi and a lil toothpaste unto it and slowly placed the cream layer back. Then slowly put back all the Oreos in the package again and voila! You can’t even tell! Much better and less messier than the first.
Our first few victims were Peilin and Kimberly. Haha, you should see Peilin trying to figure out the green stuff in her mouth and being polite not to puke it out. Kimberly was lucky cuz she doesn’t eat the cream! Next we kena Daniel, Boon and Wen Khai… haha… and Dan tot we had the “prank-of-the-year” and he felt embarrassed bout his own prank (supposedly sticking Barbra Streisand pic behind people’s back). Well, Dan was the one we originally wanna kena in the first place and he got the worst Oreo with toothpaste and wasabi! Haha, we are so so so evil. Shaun was the last one to kena from us before he took the remaining few to kena his frens. He became our final Fear Factor champion for swallowing half of the Oreo. Oh well. The end of our prank stories. Till next year.

jitter-bug
At the labs again. Although I'm kinda enjoying life without Internet.Well, first... I have other things to do other than "stay online" such as cleaning my room (had a blast cleaning every junk away), do some reading (currently finishing "The Catcher In The Rye"- although somebody spoilt the ending for me. Bummer. Also the BookPub poetry book,"Don't Judge A Book By Its Cover"), watch movies (VCDs mainly) and SLEEP zzz.
Watched "The Hours" with Cat and her bf yesterday. *FOOH* It's fantabulous! The script is so dense and the beautifully directed and edited to hint the connections between the three main characters. I was tempted to spoil the ending for Cat but nahz. Watched a few movies over the weekend - Memento (finally... after sitting on my pc for yonks), Eye of the Beholder, Sex, Lies and Videotape and 3000 Miles to Graceland. I have to say Memento is pretty solid. For a movie to work backwards, it was really something. Eye of the Beholder was thrilling (get a sneak peek at Ashley Judd's bootie) and haunting in some ways (the thought of a guardian angel who is actually a man obssessed with you). NEVER watch Sex, Lies and Videotape in school!!! They bloody hell censored like six scenes leaving these blue screens and I was practically going MAD! Gosh. Go download it or sumthin or order the DVD from amazon.com - you don't wanna miss those erotic scenes. 3000 Miles to Graceland was haha, funny.
Okay. Enuff. I'm actually quite "kan cheong" now. Radio test in an hour. Ugh. Think I'm gonna fail badly. No practice and off to the labs. This is a nightmare. Anyway, I managed to sell two CTV tickets to Cat and her bf. Finally. I hate selling stuff. Not such a good salesperson. Don't intend to be one anyway. Hmm, I just recalled a weird incident happened after the bookpub launch - Jo, her fren and I were walking towards Borders by the underpass (at Lido) and there's this guy holding a skeleton of a child and painted his face white, clad in along grey cloak with a witch-like hat. There was a sign beside him saying something about peace and no war cuz children are dying. He must be a hella brave guy to do that in public! It was quite morbid cuz he was grinning and shoving the skeleton at people - you can imagine a whole load of people staring at him. It was about 10pm then. Hmm.
